How long until my order is ready?
We'll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Typically orders are ready within 2-4 hours during business hours.
Is the 5% discount automatic?
Yes! When you select "Store Pickup" at checkout, the 5% discount is automatically applied to your order total.
What do I need to bring for pickup?
Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) and a valid ID. The name on the ID should match the order.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, you can authorize someone else to collect. Please email us their name beforehand, and they'll need to bring the order confirmation and their ID.
