Welcome to Eaterysupply. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Products and Orders
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur due to the nature of fresh food products.
Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though orders confirmed at checkout will be honoured at the displayed price.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
4. Delivery
Local Delivery (M25 Area)
- Minimum order: £100
- Shipping: £10.99 for orders between £100 and £150
- Free delivery on orders above £150
- Temperature-controlled delivery vehicles
- Next-day delivery for orders placed before 10pm (Mon-Sat, no Sunday deliveries)
- Delivery window: 3 PM - 8 PM
Nationwide Shipping (Outside M25)
- Minimum order: £100
- £6.99 per 30kg (rounded up to nearest 30kg)
- Delivery takes 2-3 business days
- Fresh products only (no frozen items via courier)
- UK mainland only (excludes Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland)
- Shipped via DPD/DHL with tracking
Store Pickup
- Minimum order: £80
- No delivery fees + 5% discount
- Collect from our East Ham location
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or carrier issues.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, specific return windows apply:
- Fresh meat products: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Frozen and grocery items: 7-day return window

Approved refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. Credit notes are issued within 2 business days and are valid for 12 months.
6. Food Safety and Storage
All our meat products are Halal certified and sourced from approved suppliers. We maintain strict temperature controls throughout storage and delivery.
Upon receipt, customers are responsible for proper storage:
- Fresh products should be refrigerated immediately (0-5°C)
- Frozen products should be placed in freezer (-18°C or below)
- Vacuum-sealed products stay fresh for up to 6 days in the fridge or 12 months frozen
We are not liable for product quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eaterysupply Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from improper storage or handling of products after delivery
- Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to such claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Eaterysupply Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
